The Higer STEED is the culmination of over 18 months of development by the Harris Group and is designed specifically to meet the robust requirements set out by the governing bodies here to move towards a Greener Ireland.

It was recently delivered to Martleys Buses Portlaoise for use within the Portlaoise area in line with Laois County Council’s ground-breaking Low Carbon initiative.  “Well done to all involved and congratulations to Frances Byrne, Rural Transport Co-Ordinator for TFI Local Link across Laois and Offaly for the National Transport Authority and Mark Martley, MD, Martleys of Portlaoise,” commented Chris Haughton, General Manager, Harris Bus & Coach.
