How Was Your Journey Today? Transport Symposium

This is an invitation to transport providers to hear how dementia can affect a person’s travel experience, from planning a journey, to leaving home to arriving at the destination. Together participants will discuss this experience and explore the actions each provider can take to support a person with dementia to commence their journey.
