If you have any queries in relation to this, please email: mconway@festivalrepublic.com Coach T&Cs 2022
a) There will be one Coach Park provided on the day of each event.
b) All services must use the Coach Park only. Unless the proposed service is an approved shuttle service (see point f below) no services will be permitted to use public lands around the Parkas a parking and/or stopping location as these raise public order risks, such as traffic and crowd management.
c) All vehicles should remain parked onsite for the duration of the event, however if it is essential that you leave, you must ensure you return to the coach park by 21:30 at the latest.
d) Coach operators intending to use more than one vehicle to provide services should clearly indicate this on their licence application to the Authority. Unless otherwise stated, all departures are for the use of one vehicle only. Failure to include this information may cause a delay in the processing of your application.
e) Coach operators attending the event should notify Festival Republic mconway@festivalrepublic.com in advance of the event with the number of vehicles expected. Where Coach operators have multiple vehicles, parking stewards will endeavour, where possible, to park vehicles together but must be notified of this in advance.
